If so, you’re not alone! I totally get it, because that was also ME. I felt stuck on this hamster wheel of running myself ragged trying to keep everyone happy, whilst more and more responsibilities I couldn’t say “no” to kept landing on my plate. 

And I can’t tell you how many times I have spoken to women who have this sense that life could be better IF ONLY they could stop caring so much about what everyone else is thinking. But they have no idea where to start so they just keep going, losing themselves more and more in the process.

Well, let’s stop right there - NOT WHILE I’M AROUND. I’ve got you.

At some point, I realised… I needed to stop reading self-help books and listening to podcasts and instead spend time actually implementing all the tools and techniques I’d been learning as a coach.

And that’s when everything started to fall into place:

✅ Communicating my needs and wishes became the new norm

✅ I felt so confident and grounded in myself that setting boundaries became second nature

✅ I could show up in my work, in my relationships and in my parenting like ME instead of the version I thought everyone expected of me

✅ I became so connected to myself, that my opinions, my needs and wishes became easy to access. They were suddenly crystal clear rather than being clouded by that little voice in my mind that was constantly pulling me to think about others.

    Longer answer: I’ll be your biggest cheerleader and will support you through every challenge, celebration, and breakthrough. You’ll have access to me between calls via our messaging platform, so you’re never navigating this alone. I’ve guided multiple women through this journey with incredible results!

    However, transformation requires action. I can give you the tools, but you have to show up, engage in the process, and implement the work. I’m totally invested in your success, but your progress depends on you meeting me halfway.

  • Great question! Coaching and therapy have different goals:

    • Therapy tends to focus on healing the past and making sense of deep emotional wounds.

    • Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go, helping you shift patterns, build confidence, and take empowered action toward your future.

    We’ll explore your values, beliefs, and habits, but this isn’t a substitute for mental health treatment. If you’re struggling with unresolved trauma or severe emotional distress, I strongly recommend seeking support from a qualified therapist or mental health professional.

  • I know it can be tough fitting personal calls into a busy schedule! I offer a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend availability to accommodate different time zones and commitments.

    If you're worried about limited availability, we can hop on a quick call or chat via message to make sure we find a time that works for you.

    To support your progress, we’ll schedule all our calls upfront and stick to a fortnightly rhythm—this consistency creates the best results. Of course, life happens! With 48 hours’ notice, I’m happy to reschedule a session if needed.

  • Not at all! The beauty of online coaching is that I can work with clients all over the world. I’ve supported women from different countries and time zones, and we’ll find a schedule that works for both of us. Just drop me a message, and we’ll figure out the best setup!
